We use Team Viewer to provide remote support to clients

Upon acknowledgment of your order a personalized email will be generated and sent to you with the download link of the TeamViewerQS branded Servit. Please just unzip the file and run it.

If you are having trouble doing the above operation, please use one of the link below according to the relevant operating system:

No installation is necessary. After you download TeamViewer, start the program. A window displays as shown below. Provide the ID and password to the support specialist who will be accessing the system remotely.

  • If the ID or password is not visible and shows dashes, there might be firewall restrictions in place or the full version of TeamViewer is already installed and configured for remote access by someone else, such as an IT department. Check with the respective IT department to allow access.
  • On the macOS, system permissions need to be granted to the TeamViewer app to allow remote control (see How to control a Mac running macOS 10.14 or higher).
